Sullivans Cove Distillery’s original location was at the old brickworks at Sullivans Cove. Established in 1994, this is Tasmania’s second-oldest distillery. The new ownership in 1999 improved the quality of the produced whiskeys. People love it for single malts because of the Tasmanian water and malted barley.
